You can help save the Hector\'s Dolphins
The Government are currently deciding on the Threeat Management Plan for Hector\'s Dolphins. You can help them make the right chouce by contacting your local MP and tellin gthem how precious these mammals are. Did you know the Hector\'s Dolphin is only found in New Zealand waters? It is one of the smallest and rarest marine dolphins in the world and we could lose them for good. They are slow breeeders (one calf every 2-4 years) and the female doesn\'t start to breed until they are 7 or 8 years old. We need to protect them now before it is too late. If you or you group would like to know more about these wonderful creatures then send me an email and I will come and talk to your group.
